Client Spotlight
The Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim were born with a bang, racing to an expansion team record 70-91 in 1961. Since then, amidst many name changes and the move from Los Angeles to suburban Anaheim, the team has built itself into a proven baseball power with a knack for dramatic comebacks. In 2002, after a franchise-worst start of 6-14, the Angels caught fire in the postseason and won their first World Series championship.
The team has played at Angel Stadium of Anaheim since 1966, including a stint in which the venue was expanded to share a playing field with the Los Angeles Rams of the NFL. After the Rams relocated to St. Louis, Angel Stadium was renovated to provide a memorable experience for the crowds of dedicated baseball fans and families. SignCo EDS aided the improvements by adding our high-quality rotating home-plate signage. This sign has constant exposure during televised games and helps the Angels' bottom line -- building revenue.
