  1. Please include a note with a description of the problem.
  2. The location that it came from.
  3. If you want a quote on the repairs before any work is done
  4. Use a shipping company that can track packages and will insure them as you are responsible for the full cost of the item until we have proof of delivery.
  5. RMA number for all packages being returned to E.D.S.
  6. Information on outside of package:
    • Your Name
    • Company Name
    • Address
    • City, State, Zip
    • Phone Number
    • RMA # (call SignCo EDS at 800-445-9206 for a RMA #)
