LED Outfield Wall

While featuring the same solid design principals as our other displays, the most notable feature of SignCo LED Outfield Wall Display design is the netting. SignCo's permanently mounted Baseball netting system is an integrated, fabricated feature of the video display cabinet. The display is built with a turret punched, bent and powder coated bracket system that is enclosed within the structure of the display cabinet. UV stabilized nylon netting with 1 ¾" x 1 ¾" square mesh, installed oriented on the square as oppose to the diamond, and bordered with a black poly rope border, is utilized. Exact alignment and stretching of the net during the fabrication of the display ensures perfectly straight vertical and horizontal lines in the net of the finished product, which causes minimal disruption in the viewability of the display from any angle or distance. The design of the integrated bracket system allows for a uniform tautness that not only improves the strength of the netting, but assures that the lines of the netting stay straight after multiple impacts, thus assuring the continued quality of the display visibility. The finished display cabinet is covered by 2" safety foam and outdoor grade marine vinyl for a finished appearance and added player safety.
